Chapters 24 through 29 Summary

Yazid meets with a group of his advisors and followers and reveals that he has plans to kidnap the presidents of Mexico and Egypt. The majority of those gathered are skeptical but Yazid assures them that both men will be on board a yacht in Uruguay and that he has a plan that will work - that the Lady Flamborough, her crew and passengers will all disappear.
