Section V - Chapter 3 113 -132 Summary and Analysis

The first essay in this section is called "Striking at the Heart of the State". Eco opens the essay discussing the Red Brigades and insists that once again the truth of a communication lies in how it is interpreted more so than the form, content, or vehicle of the message.
