Chapter 22 Summary

Al Garcia's men look all over for Bernal and the Cadillac, but Tigertail has gotten rid of it. Wiley returns and lectures them about their failures during the week, especially pointing out Bernal, his broken teeth, and swollen throat. Then Wiley announces a new plan. They will take not one, but two princesses from the parade. When they leave Bernal vows to execute his own plan, using the third bomb that everyone has forgotten he built but never got a chance to use.

Ricky Bloodworth goes to Garcia's office to get a story, but gets thrown out when Garcia finds he is being recorded. To make matters worse, Bloodworth realizes that Garcia is giving a live interview to a competitor television.....
