While resting at the top of Keren Naphtali Mountain, Avram realizes this trip is good for him since he has lost weight and is able to sleep through the night without pills. Ora resumes her stories about Ofer, and Avram is fascinated as she talks about Ofer's rage as a child when he learned that people killed animals to eat their meat. Ofer became a vegetarian until he was sixteen years old. When Ora realizes she left her notebook where they slept the previous night, Avram insists on going back to get it, and they hope no one else finds it.
