Davey and the rest of the family get dressed for a concert put on by Walter's Chamber Music group. Davey gives Bitsy flack about wearing a skirt and this isn't the first time they have run into problems since the Driver's Ed incident. Walter and Bitsy have already clarifies that their rules have to be followed, as long as Davey is in their house.
