Chapter 26-29 Summary and Analysis

Thursday is not the writer of the novels about her life. Mostly they were written based on newspaper articles about her and a few interviews about her life in Swindon. Thursday calls for a taxi, but they are unavailable, so she book jumps into the first of the series about her, "The Eyre Affair." Thursday waits in the background until the scene is over then approaches Thursday1-4 from behind. But it is a stand in. Thursday quizzes the other characters to find out what Thursday1-4 is up to, but they are all terrified of her. Eventually Thursday finds out that Thursday1-4 often leaves the books and had left this time in order to get revenge on Thursday for firing her. She is going to the real world, to meet Landen.
