Endura, Year of the Raptor

Endura, or the City of the Enduring Heart, is an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean that serves as the worldwide headquarters for scythes. This is where the seven GrandSlayers of the World Scythe Council live and conduct their business. It is one of the few places where the Thunderhead cannot monitor by camera. The GrandSlayers conduct Scythe Goddard’s trial here. The Thunderhead allows disastrous storms to sweep through the area, raising the water level and sinking the island. Many scythes drown, without hope of revival since no one knows to find them in the middle of the ocean. Scythe Curie locks Citra and Rowan in a vault to ensure their survival in the future.
