Yunior

Yunior is the main character for the majority of the stories. Yunior comes from the Dominican Republic, a fact that he is very proud of. Yunior considers himself to be a well-educated man. When he grows up, he becomes a teacher and a writer. As a child, Yunior constantly read books. He barely finished school because he was convinced the world would end after he lost his older brother to cancer. Yunior became very fit at a young age, inspired by the way that his brother always worked out.

Yunior is constantly getting into relationships. All of his relationships are doomed to failure because he keeps cheating on his girlfriends. Yunior is consistently shown to treat women poorly.
