Part 3: Chapters 13-16 Summary

The following day Soo-Ja argues with a group of teenage girls over their bill only to learn that Min has told them they do not have to pay. Angry, Soo-Ja goes into their room and removes their belongings. Back at the desk, Soo-Ja is confronted with a drunk man who wants to have sex with her. Soo-Ja refuses, but the man forces himself on to Soo-Ja. Soo-Ja struggles and several guests try to help her, all to no avail. Then Yul comes into the hotel lobby, pulls the man from her, and beats him severely until Soo-Ja pulls him away. Later, Soo-Ja speaks with Yul as he cleans his wounds. Yul again confesses his love and asks her to leave her job and to leave her husband. Soo-Ja refuses, afraid of losing Hana.
