Summary

In Chapter 20, set Wednesday, Nov. 3, Anna wakes up thinking about Wesley, her former business partner. She remembers discussions they had about his lack of a love life. He claimed he was too busy with his practice. He also asked her once if she criticized her husband as honestly as she criticized him.

In Chapter 21, still Wednesday, Anna talks to Ed. When he learns she is sick because of the way she is taking her medicine, he warns her that she cannot be that irresponsible with the meds. Anna tells Ed that she misses him. He starts to respond to Anna when she tells him she has to go because she hears a noise downstairs. She punches in 911 on her phone and hits dial when she sees a man standing by the dishwasher.
