These latex gloves represent professionalism. Lo sees these gloves on the hands of the man who breaks into her apartment. She believes the gloves indicate the man is a professional burglar, that he knows what he is doing and how to cover his tracks.

Tube of Mascara

This tube of mascara represents the missing girl. Even though Lo has no proof, she got this tube of mascara from the girl she believes was staying in the cabin next door to hers on the Aurora. When the mascara disappears from her room, Lo believes it is a sign that she has indeed witnessed some sort of criminal disappearance.

Antidepressants

These antidepressants represent a supposed weakness in Lo’s personality. Nilsson indicates that he believes that Lo’s disorder and the medications she takes may account for what she believes she saw and heard.
