Alicia anxiously awaited further news about Thomas. She was convinced the media was reporting lies. The man she knew was simply not capable of murder. Additionally, she knew that he had been researching the lottery case and that the story was a dangerous one. She was at home when a man introducing himself as homicide detective Hank Rollins came by to speak with her.
