LuAnn disembarks off of the train at Penn Station in New York City. She is amazed at the hustling scene around her. LuAnn was greeted by a man Jackson had sent to accompany her. Although he seemed a competent guide, LuAnn was uncomfortable with his stoic demeanor. After much prodding he relented, saying that she could call him Charlie.
