Chapter 16-18 Summary

Jaxom and Sharra explain to Piemur what happened to Robinton. Piemur tells them of the secret mission Robinton sent him on. Piemur has spent the last few years mapping the South. Piemur has found a clutch of fire-lizard eggs, and they agree to go get them. Ruth is keeping them updated as to what is happening with Robinton periodically.

F'nor arrives at the cove and tells Jaxom that they intend to build Robinton a home there on the beach where Jaxom has been staying. Robinton is too sick to fly between, so he is being brought by boat. F'nor has brought men to help begin construction but find the trees are very hard wood, and their axes don't cut very easily.
