Book 5: Chapters 47-50 Summary

In chapter forty-seven, Stephen and Mary spend their Christmas with Jamie, Barbara, and some of their other friends instead. Stephen invites them to dinner, having a deep conversation with Wanda about religion that bores the other guests but makes Stephen feel protective over the alcoholic.
