Chapter 26 Summary

Leighton goes on to say that he found out the thief of 300 gallons of paint was Lorraine Stanley, which is one of the victims. When they return to Quantico, Blake tells them that the UPS guy remembers making the delivery to Lorraine Stanley. He also remembers her ripping off the shipping documents. He says that he's going to hire another consultant because Reacher isn't working out.
