Chapter 3 Summary

The agents pull into a parking garage somewhere in Midtown. Agents from the building meet up with the agents arriving in the vehicles. Reacher realizes that the agents that arrested him are visiting from another place, which is why the local agents meet them in the garage to take them to the interrogation room.

The room they lead Reacher into is bare and only has a lawn chair in it. Every once in a while, someone comes and peers in at Reacher, as if saying, so you're the guy and then leaves.
