Pages 112-152 Summary

The van that Bertie shows them is filthy. Jimmy Sr. has never seen anything so bad. It is horrible to think that people had eaten chips and out of it. Bimbo is looking underneath; he sees that the van has no wheels; it is up on blocks. Bertie appears from behind the van rolling a wheel. He says there were three more like it. Bimbo is disappointed at the condition of the van but still excited and, he says he'll have to go get Maggie to come and see it.
