William (Willie Moore) Moretti is a close friend of boss Frank Costello. Moretti's operation is in New Jersey. Although Moretti is only a lieutenant, he has a powerful stronghold on New Jersey operations, with an "army" of sixty men. With Genovese's return, Costello needs the continued support of Moretti to strengthen his position. However, Moretti is increasingly becoming a problem for Costello.
