Summary

In Chapter 28, at Valentin’s apartment, Wyller indicated it was smart for Valentin not to have taken his car. He noted the number of ways his location could be tracked if he were driving a car registered to him. Katrine asked Smith where Valentin might have run to and Smith said he did not think that Valentin would have run especially since he was so angry. After his podcast with Mona Daa, Smith said he would feel better if he had a gun for protection. Katrine agreed to get him set up with one. As the chapter closes, the forensic experts find the clothes Marte was wearing the night she was kidnapped in the trunk of Valentin’s car.
