Summary

Emily is surprised when Millie arrives on Monday afternoon, and her mother reminds her that she is attending the Bay Residents’ AGM and needs to arrive early to set up. Mr. Beeston arrives to pick her mother up, and Emily pulls her to one side and asks her not to go, but without a good reason, her mother won’t listen to her.
