Explain how Manson defines the subtle art of not giving a fuck?

Students should be able to identity and describe the three tenets of what that author calls, "not giving a fuck." Firstly, "Not giving a fuck does not mean being indifferent; it means being comfortable with being different" (14). Secondly, "To not give a fuck about adversity, you must first give a fuck about something more important than adversity" (17). Thirdly, "Whether you realize it or not, you are always choosing what to give a fuck about" (19).
