Summary

Chapter sixteen is told from the viewpoint of a girl named Rondella. Rhondella is the girl that Kellen has a crush on. She is goaded into asking Yoda a question. She asks him why Kellen always bugs her. Yoda responds by saying Kellen likes her. She leaves after Kellen and Dwight argue, because Kellen is embarrassed that Yoda told Rondella his secret.

Analysis

In this chapter the reader sees that the Yoda is now also being used for matters of the heart. It’s already seen that love is in the air around Tommy’s school but everyone is having issues admitting their feelings to their crushes. Kellen believes that he will be made fun of if Rondella finds out that he likes her.
