Summary

This chapter is told from Cassie’s point of view. Cassie is the new girl in school and she doesn’t have a lot of friends, electing to spend time in her classroom alone during lunch. During one of these times Cassie breaks the English teacher’s Shakespeare bust and hides it in her backpack when she becomes flustered about what to do. On the bus Dwight is the only one who will sit with her and he asks her to ask Origami Yoda for advice. Dwight’s weirdness scares her because she is the only one who knows about the broken bust. When she asks Dwight about how he knew, Dwight explains it is simple reasoning and that it’s not that hard to figure out. Yoda advises Cassie to make a new one and she does so out of playdough.
