Viv wakes and finds that she is mostly unharmed and no harm has come to the appliances around her. Viv shakes off the experience and decides to go to her cabin to shower and change. Viv dresses in casual clothes since she does not expect to see anyone tonight. Viv then returns to the lobby building and pores herself a drink. A song comes on the radio that reminds Viv of a boy she once knew and she finds herself crying, not over a spoiled romance but a loss of innocence.

Viv is French-Canadian, raised in Quebec by an aunt after her mother and father are killed in a plane accident. Viv is sent to London as a young teen to attend finishing.....
