Summary

Evelyn shoots the gritty film Three A.M. in which she plays a woman in love with a drug addict opposite Don Adler. Max tells Evelyn he wants the love scene between the two of them to be graphic and realistic. Evelyn agrees, and though she knows she should tell Celia about this, she does not. She films the scene and then asks Celia for permission afterwards. Celia begs her not to do it, and Evelyn must admit that she already has. Celia moves out and files for divorce from John Braverman. This time, Evelyn, now 38 years old, follows Celia to Los Angeles and begs for forgiveness, but Celia will not take her back.
