Summary

Over time, Ariel and Lucy's relationship improves. They get two new kittens. Ariel has to go to Greece for a book tour and, this time, Lucy goes with her. In Greece, their relationship feels redeemed. They decide it is time for motherhood. Ariel is 37.

Ariel and Lucy look for a sperm donor who wants to be involved in the child's life. They approach the mutual friend who had introduced them years ago. He agrees to their ideal co-parenting situation and offers a great deal of financial support for their future baby. Once again, Ariel thinks she has it all.
