Summary

Although Rabbit had initially gotten lost in her attempt to find the Hills, she is confident that she sees the Hills on the horizon, and begins to lead Toad towards them. However, as they begin their journey, they are chased by an intimidating owl, and they take refuge in a barn to hide from it. As Rabbit and Toad begin to settle down for the night, deciding to sleep in the hay, they are awakened by a group of sinister-looking weasels and stoats. Toad accidentally lets out a big sneeze, alerting the weasels and stoats to their presence.

It turns out that the weasels and stoats are part of a gang of criminals, but they are quickly impressed and charmed by the Toad's tales of his many previous criminal misdeeds, including the recent motorcycle chase. The leader...
