Summary

Rebecca writes a classified report about Rachel’s arrival. It explains that after so much practice Homing DODO operatives, the witches of Rachel’s period know where in time and space the ODECs are and can therefore Send people forward. Rachel is inoculated and sterilized, and begins learning English. Macy claims to DODO at large that Rachel’s arrival was planned, just mis-timed.
