Characters

Carter Kane

Carter Kane is one of the protagonists and narrators, along with his sister, Sadie. He is a fourteen-year-old, African-American boy who looks like his father, Julius. He is reasonably tall and fit, and Sadie's friends find him attractive. Carter travels the world with his father after his mother dies when he is eight years old. He partially hosts the Egyptian god Horus.

Sadie Kane

Sadie Kane is one of the protagonists and narrators, along with her brother, Carter. She is a twelve-year-old Caucasian girl who takes after her mother. She has straight, caramel-colored hair which she usually dyes with streaks of bright colors and blue eyes. Sadie has a British accent, is as tall as Carter, and constantly wears leather combat boots. After Sadie's mother dies when she is six years old, she lives with Gran and Grandpa Faust in London, only seeing her father and brother...
