Point of View

The Red Notebook switches between points of view throughout the novel, focusing primarily on two characters: Laure and Laurent. Laurent's point of view takes center stage for most of the novel, with Laure's view showing up during her coma dreaming scenes, and at the end when she wakes up and goes looking for Laurent.
