Summary

Sara met Amy when she bought her first book from an online bookstore. Amy had declined payment so Sara had sent a book to her instead and it was the beginning of their friendship.

On her first morning in Broken Wheel, Sara takes a book out onto Amy’s porch along with a cup of coffee, trying to tell herself that Amy isn’t really dead. She would have read the day away, but George pulls into the driveway and announces he is her chauffeur and will take her anywhere she wants to go. He takes her on a tour of the town, which is short and unremarkable. Later she walks through the town looking for Jimmy Coogan Street, but is disappointed to see that there is nothing to see.
