Summary

Chapter 69 begins with Rebecca sitting at a communal table in the coffee shop when her phone buzzed with a new message only a few moments before the drop was to commence. She readied the encrypted message to Moscow on her phone, then checked the message to see that it was from a colleague wondering when she would arrive at work. Just as she was about to send the encrypted message to Moscow and thus provide Gabriel with proof of her misdeeds, she received another message from an unknown London number telling her to run.

In Chapter 70, Rebecca deleted all traces of the encrypted message to Moscow from her phone. She realized that it had all been a plan and that Graham intended to take her back to London to arrest her. She began to make an escape plan of her own. She...
