Biranne has come to Ducane's house. Ducane is already fairly certain from seeing the vault that Radeechy was probably not selling secret material to anyone. If he had been up to something like that, he wouldn't have risked bringing the girls to the office. Everything would make complete sense if Ducane hadn't known that Biranne was somehow involved.
