Summary

In the diary entry dated “Tuesday, October 28, 7:04 p.m,” Frankie paid for the library book. That afternoon, Ms. Trolly called and suggested some after-school counseling sessions. Frankie said her grandmother was visiting and Ms. Trolly talked to Grandm Jenny. In the October 30 diary entry, Frankie got a B on her science report, down from an A because she turned it in late. The next day, Frankie writes that Johnny was not in school and she is “too depressed to write” (Location 2749).
