Summary

The next diary entry is dated “Wednesday, October 22, 12:30 p.m.” Frankie writes this entry from the girls' bathroom at school. She was not prepared for her math test and she copied Beth's answers. It was the first time she has ever cheated and she felt guilty. Frankie's class was supposed to be working on a report later, but she spent her time focused on Ayanna. Johnny Nye was also not working and he got in trouble, but the teacher assumed that Frankie was working because she is usually so responsible. Frankie realized that Johnny is the kind of person who could help her hack into her father's email account. She asked Beth to watch Nutter after school, but lied about what she was going to do. She says that was “Lie number 103” (Location 1636).
