Lenin contacts the cutter with detailed but odd orders. The Fyunch (click) are denied access to Lenin. Each person is closely inspected before being allowed to board. Horace is still aboard, and despite his fright manages somehow to retrieve the air tank with the small Moties in stasis. Working the wire from MacArthur to a Lenin transport ship, he sees the Moties have taken over a space suit. Horace creates a ruckus over the alien-filled space suit and throws his fake air tank at the suited Moties. The Marines see to it that the creatures are stopped.
