Book 2, Chapter 14 Summary

Preparing for a revolution is easier than ruling after one is won. Authority Earthside and the Federated Nations (FN) are cut off from information, but could crush the mob easily in the first weeks. The catapult is useless against invaders and few are trained on the few hundred laser guns available. Prof defends destroying the Authority's offices by saying Loonies need a symbol.
