Chapter 13 Summary

Mr. Poe has arrived at the mill after hearing about the accident and joins Charles, Sir and the children in Sir's office. Sir keeps repeating how dreadful it is. The children are still in shock from what they just went through and from watching Dr. Orwell back into a spinning saw.
