Part One, Chapters 6-10 Summary

In Chapter Six, Shay rides with Corbin into town. Everyone thinks Brandy is crazy, so if she mentions her situation it will probably be chalked up to Brandy's mental state. She still hopes to be returned to her own body. People stare at them as they ride into town, though Corbin tells her to ignore them. They drive through the old fashioned town and stop at a Boarding House for Fancy Ladies. Shay ridicules Corbin for dropping off a gift for a whore, though he and Brandy have only been married for an hour.
