Chapters 10 & 11 Summary

One day Mr Collier suggests that Georgie helps Old Eddie at work in chapter ten. Old Eddie is Mrs. Harper's gardener. At first, Old Eddie is not excited to work with Georgie, but when Georgie proves he has a love of gardening, Old Eddie warms up to him as much as Old Eddie can. Georgie begins to take on Old Eddie's mannerisms. They also talk about Paul and Robin. Paul was loved by his mother because he was special and bright. Mrs. Harper also loves Robin because although he may never shine, he is her son and important to her. For some reason, Georgie begins to get jealous of Paul and the relationship he had with his mother.
