Summary

In Chapter 11, Coral hears reports from her council, including that Shark is worried the dragonets might have led someone to the island. Tsunami speaks up for her friends, asking Coral to make them feel welcome, but feels foolish when her mother they could not possibly attend the council meeting. Tsunami speaks up again when Whirlpool reports that some of Coral's new writing is required school work, saying the dragonets should be learning to fight. Two soldiers arrive, badly injured and bleeding, and report of strange events in the Sky Kingdom. Their report makes Coral and the council question the possibility that Scarlet is dead. When Coral begins talking to others, Tsunami says the injured dragons should be tended and Coral waves them away. The council members suggest possible explanations and Tsunami admits that the five dragonets could have been responsible for Scarlet's death...
