Chapter 7, The Marriage of Ernie Levy Part 5 Summary

Ernie comes to, believing he is back in the hospital at Mainz where he recuperated after his suicide attempt. He loses consciousness again as he hears trumpets of joy sounding. Ernie dreams of a real wedding with Golda. Much of the dream is symbolic, with blood tears, a butterfly, and dove.
