Summary

In Chapter 66, Amber left the apartment Jackson had rented her, leaving a note that said she was going to get an abortion because she did not believe he was going to leave Daphne and marry her. She checked into a hotel and spent the night, ignoring all of Jackson’s furious texts and calls. The next day, she finally picked up her phone and he swore he would leave Daphne and marry her. They went back to the New York apartment and Amber asked him if they could keep the house in Connecticut.

In Chapter 67, Jackson told Daphne to come to the New York apartment. When she arrived, he and Amber were there together. He told Daphne that Amber was pregnant and said that he wanted a divorce. Daphne pretended to be shocked and hurt, but was elated.
