Summary

Chapter 21 switches back to Dox who calls up Tom Kanezaki asking for guns and ammunition when he arrives in Seattle. Dox then calls Livia from a payphone, she is surprised to see him calling from a local phone number, and she explains her boss thinks she should leave and work the case in secret. Dox agrees, and says that before she goes home he will need to inspect the area to make sure it is clear.

Chapter 22 is from Ben's perspective. He is at work and is called into Grahams office. Ben had called Graham after the visit from the three men, and said the two of them had to talk.
