Bill

Bill is a reporter for The Daily Truth in town. He went away to college, and came back to his hometown for the job. He lives in the mansion that his grandfather built many years ago. He is in his mid to late 20's, and is single. He had a girlfriend by the name of Diane who seems to have left him without properly breaking up with him. He has a hard time accepting this and calls her constantly, leaving messages for her.

Bill's grandfather came to America from Russia many years ago, and started an ice business and then a refrigeration business. Bill's father took over the refrigeration business, but when manufacturing moved to foreign countries the business shut down and all of the employees lost their jobs.
