Structure

Wohlleben’s writing could almost be described as flow of consciousness. He often moves on to another topic due to a detail of the previous one. Moreover, he explores a lot of tangents as well as making many side notes. The structure is based heavily in his anecdotes. Many chapters include - and some begin with - a short story from his life. They are often used as a relatable access point to technical information.
