Part 1: Chapter 11-14 Summary

Ronnie takes Thomas back to her place as the story resumes in chapter eleven. They discuss the fact that they haven't found the file but Ronnie did find Sarah's diary. In the diary is an entry that says "CED OK." The entry appears several times but neither of them know who or what CED could stand for or why it is OK. Ronnie begins to get ready for her boyfriend and Thomas leaves promising to call her.

Thomas decides not to go home but instead goes to the Ministry of Defence and waits for Mr. O'Neal to come out of the building. When O'Neal appears Thomas begins to follow him and they end up at a crummy strip club. Thomas waits for a moment watching O'Neal and decides that O'Neal isn't there for anything other than the show and...
