Charlotte "Charlie" Quinn

Charlotte “Charlie” Quinn is the younger daughter of Gamma and Rusty. She is thirteen years of age in 1989 when her mother is shot. If Sam is her mother's favorite daughter, then Charlie is her father's. She is emotional and argumentative, and by turns sarcastic and sensitive. She is described as pretty and clever by her mother. Her father describes her as a pack creature. Sam stands on her own, but Charlie needs people.
