Summary

In Day 7, Daphne wakes up feeling awful and attempts to take care of Honey, wearing only panties. She is mortified when Alice shows up and sees her, nearly naked, her eye swollen and bruised. Alice tells her to go to bed and she will care for Honey. Daphne concedes. When she wakes several hours later, she is overwhelmed by her hangover, and stress related to her injury, Engin, Honey, and her job.

In the living room, Honey is miraculously asleep on Alice's lap. Daphne marvels at Alice's calm. They sit and talk. Daphne reveals more specifics regarding Engin's absence and her job. Alice continues to visit for some time, which makes Daphne guilty and grateful. Alice tells Daphne she wants to get to Camp Cooville in Oregon, where her husband worked, but is unsure she will be able to make the drive...
